Return Policy

At Next Gen Car Club, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of the original purchase date. To ensure a smooth return process, please review the following guidelines:

Eligibility for Returns:​

  1. The original purchase receipt or order confirmation email is required for all returns.

  2. Personalized, customized, or perishable items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  3. Gift cards, clearance items, and final sale products are not eligible for returns.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team using the from below within 14 days of your purchase to initiate a return request.

  2. Provide the following information:

    • Your name and contact information

    • Order number or receipt number

    • Description of the item(s) you wish to return

    • Reason for the return

  3. After receiving approval from our customer service team, you will be provided with shipping label in order to return the items. 

  4. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging or a suitable replacement, ensuring it is adequately protected during transit.

  5. Clearly write the original order or receipt number on the outside of the package.

  6. Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team. 

  7. Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their eligibility, we will process your refund within 7 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  8. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

Refund Information:

  1. Refunds will be issued for the original purchase price, minus any applicable shipping fees, discounts, or promotional savings.

  2. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges but if you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receipt for assistance with a return or replacement.

Additional Notes:

  • Returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria will not be accepted, and the item(s) will be returned to you at your expense.

  • We reserve the right to deny any return that does not comply with our return policy.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
