Next Gen Car Club Product Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Period:

• All products purchased from Next Gen Car Club are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 14 days from the date of original purchase.

2. Coverage:

• This warranty covers only the original purchaser and is not transferable.

• The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service within the 14-day period.

• Next Gen Car Club will, at its discretion, repair or replace any defective product free of charge within this timeframe.

3. Exclusions:

• This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, anticipated wear, lost merchandise, or damage from the elements.

• Do not leave products exposed to direct sunlight or heat for extended periods, as this can cause damage not covered by this warranty.

• All products sold under the title of Clearance and Final Sale are applicable under the "as is" sale and are not covered under warranty. 

4. Claims Process:

• To make a warranty claim within the 14-day period, contact Next Gen Car Club using the warranty form below with proof of purchase, a description of the defect, and your contact details.

• The customer is responsible for shipping costs to send the product to Next Gen Car Club for assessment. If the claim is valid, Next Gen Car Club will cover return shipping costs.

5. Limitation of Damages:

• In no event shall Next Gen Car Club be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product.

6. Governing Law:

• This warranty is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].

7. Changes to Warranty Policy:

• Next Gen Car Club reserves the right to change this warranty policy without notice.
